Released the 7.28b patch, which strengthens Outworld Destroyer and brings other balance changes
About a month ago, in the Dota 2 client, the 7.28 patch was released. It added additional abilities for each hero, extensive balance changes, a lot of new items, and the Hoodwink hero. But the patch didn't affect the game economy and the established landscape of the map, and many people were waiting for changes in these aspects in future updates.
The 7.28b patch was released last night, but it brought only minor changes to the game balance and didn't affect the main game mechanics in any way. Only 10 items were balanced. Swift Blink, which was used less since the last patch's release, received the most significant buff. The item has received an increase in extra movement speed, attack and attack speed, as well as the removal of the restriction on the maximum movement speed.
The 7.28b patch, in addition to the balance of items, changed 41 heroes. Outworld Destroyer received the most significant buff of all. After the 7.28 patch release, this hero was used only once on the professional scene.
