Just Error reached the Play-in stage, and Team Secret advanced to the playoffs
Initially, for today, December 6, the organizer didn't plan to host matches at Epic League Division 1, but according to the group stage results, there raised questions about the 4th and 8th places.
The gaming day began with a replay for 8th place between Alliance, Just Error, and mudgolems. All matches were in a BO1 format, and Just Error turned out to be the strongest one: the team confidently won both of its matches. As a result, Just Error will play tomorrow at the Play-In stage, while Alliance and mudgolems fell into the second division.
After that, a replay for the 4th place started that allows the winning team to advance to the first division's playoffs. Four teams competed for it at once - OG, Liquid, Nigma and Team Secret, and the last one defeated all their rivals. Interestingly, the organizer decided to host this stage in a Double-Elimination format.
Tomorrow will be a day for the Play-In stage, where 5-8 places of Division 1 and 1-4 places of Division 2 will fight with each other. Only 4 winning teams get tickets to the Epic League Division 1 playoff.
